Gamuda Land signs strategic cooperation agreements for Eaton Park project
On January 11, Gamuda Land (Ho Chi Minh City), the investor of the Eaton Park project, signed 17 strategic distribution agreements.
The agreements were signed with Southern Homes, Smartland, IQI Vietnam, Rever, ERA Vietnam, An Khang Real-SGInvestment joint venture, T&A, Khai Minh Land, CBC-Aka Land-Global Homes joint venture, Saigon Land, Vietnam Property, The One, Home Group, EximRS, CenHCM, Bamboo Realty, and Kings Land floor.
Starting construction in early December, Eaton Park is expected to launch on the market this year, providing nearly 700 luxury apartments on the Thu Duc city real estate market.
Eaton Park is Gamuda Land’s fifth project in Vietnam. It is located on a 3.7 hectare plot, and is a great combination of luxury and harmony with nature. It is the ideal choice for active people, looking for a balance between a convenient, comfortable, and healthy lifestyle.
With a diverse range of more than 2,050 units, from residential apartments (including penthouses) to commercial town houses and shops, Eaton Park provides the market with high-end products.
The amenities and services for residents include an infinity pool, a jacuzzi combined with massage services, a world-class fitness centre, and a modern golf simulator.
Surrounded by a harmonious river landscape, the environment at Eaton Park offers residents relaxation areas, such as a palm garden, landscaped hills, a 1km tree-lined jogging track, green spaces for exercise, meditation and yoga gardens, and a multi-function sports and fitness centre.
Children are a focus of the design at Eaton Park with projects such as the fairy gardens, children’s play areas, and comprehensive development centres for young children.
It is also a top choice for the pet-loving community because the living environment offers a comfortable and reassuring experience to the community with its playgrounds and pet parks.
Eaton Park has convenient connections to the city centre through the main transportation system of Thu Duc city. When the city’s two major metro lines are put into operation, it will be even more convenient for residents, which is predicted to boost the value of real estate in the area.
In addition, the project is surrounded by a system of international schools, hospitals, shopping areas, and trading centres. These include Australian International School, British International School, American Academy, American International Hospital, Estella Place, Vincom Mega Mall, and Landmark 81 tower.
