With the goal of organizing an international exhibition event specializing in food and food processing technology on a large scale to support food production enterprises to introduce high quality Vietnamese products to the world market; supporting enterprises to approach advanced machinery and technology, expanding domestic and export markets.

HCMC FOODEX 2022 with the theme "Connecting values for mutual development" is expected to create a driving force for enterprises to produce food products successfully fulfill the target, orienting to advanced technology, meeting international standards, deeply participating in the global value chain, taking the initiative in product research stages, building reputable brands in the domestic and export markets.

The exhibition is organized by Investment and Trade Promotion Centre of Ho Chi Minh City (ITPC) in collaboration with Food and Foodstuff Association of Ho Chi Minh City (FFA) with the following specific information:

Time: October 19-22, 2022

Location: Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC), No. 799 Nguyen Van Linh Street, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.

Sector: Vietnamese and international enterprises engaging in research, production and business in the field of agricultural production; food production and processing; production of machinery, equipment, technology for processing, packaging and preserving agricultural products; business associations, industry associations, organizations and experts specializing in food production, domestic and international.

HCMC Foodex 2022 will be organized with a combination of a virtual reality booth and a virtual reality 3D booth. The online booth has an expected scale of 400 booths, with the participation of more than 300 Vietnamese and international enterprises. Within the framework of the event, there will be many interesting activities such as: B2B in food industry and technology of food processing, packaging and preservation; the promotion of Vietnamese and international culinary culture.
