Join HCMC Enterprises at the International Forum and Exhibition on Innovation and Sustainable Development – InnoEx 2026
InnoEx is one of HCMC’s premier international platforms dedicated to innovative startups. The 2025 edition welcomed more than 30,000 participants from over 60 countries and territories, bringing tother 300+ enterprises, organizations, strategic partners from Vietnam and abroad. The event also attracted more than 70 investment funds, creating valuable opportunites for business networking, investment promotion, capital matching and technology collaboration.
To strengthen connections, foster strategic partnerships, and accelerate innovation-driven growth, the HCMC Investment and Trade Promotion Centre (ITPC) will organize the HCMC Startup and Innovation Pavilion at InnoEx 2026 – the City’s flagship annual international event promoting innovation, green economic development, and sustainable growth. The Pavilion will provide participating enterprises with a dynamic platform to showcase innovative products and solutions, engage with potential investors and strategic partners. The event details are as follows:
Date: August 19-20, 2026 (2 days).
Venue: Thisky Hall Sala, 10 Mai Chi Tho Street, An Khanh Ward, HCMC.
HCMC Pavilion: Featuring approximately 50 startups and innovative enterprises.
Eligible Participants: Starups and enterprises based in HCMC that develop and provide innovative technologies, products, or services, and hold a valid registration in Vietnam.
Participation Fee:
Participation fees (inclusive of VAT) are offered under the following options:
A standard exhibition booth is available at VND 17,000,000 per booth, including a 3 m × 2 m exhibition space, one table (1 m × 0.8 m), 2 chairs and a 220V power supply.
An exhibiton counter is available at VND 6,360,000 per counter, including a 1.5 m × 1.5 m display space, one table (1m x 0.8 m), 01 chair and a 220V power supply.
Each participating enteprises may register for one (01) standard exhibition booth or one (01) exhibition counter only. Participating enterprises shall be responsible for all other expenses incurred, including transportation, storage, travel and accommodation, marketing and promotional activities, booth decoration, staffing, and any other related costs.
Participant Responsibilities:
Participants are required to:
- Complete the program registration procedures, fulfill all applicable financial obligations, and comply with the rules and regulations established by the organizer.
- Submit a post-program report to ITPC within two (2) days after the conclusion of the program. In addition, participants are required to submit a follow-up report summarizing the outcomes and results achieved within six (6) months from the date of participation.
The Investment and Trade Promotion Centre (ITPC) cordially invites your company to register for participation in the Program. Should the number of applications exceed the available capacity, ITPC will review and select participating companies based on the eligibility and selection criteria set forth above.
