- Land rental exemption granted to: education, healthcare, culture, sport, and science – technology pro- jects for large public usage (Decree 142/2005/ND-CP dated 14/11/2005)
- Corporate Income Tax: 20% for in 10 years, 2 years tax holiday and 50% tax reduction in following 3 years (Decree 164/2004/ND-CP dated 22/12/2003)
