Objective: Removing damaged apartment block, constructing Commerce- Office Building (Commerce- Apart- ment Building). Renovating urban area and creating a spacious residential area in district 5. Establishing home fund in District 5 and creating income to ensure the financial efficiency for investors.

Population: 4,000 people

Objective: Exploiting the favorable position of the planning area to achieve rational use of land. Building a com- mercial, service and tourism area associated with high class housing, in line with development trend of the city’s and existing factors as infrastructure, landscaping, transport, environment in the region.

Location: Land area in Do Ngoc Thanh, Tan Hung, Pham Huu Chi, Thuan Kieu streets with the Condominium 194 Do
