The estimated number of apartments (80m2/flat) is 335. The esti- mated total investment capital is 415.400 million, in which 93.800 million is the value of compensation.

Location: Ward 13, District 8

Objective: Destroying Binh Dong apartment block and surrounding old buildings, constructing and expanding the apartment block expand for resettlement on the scene and resettlement for households relocated from the collective degradation in district 8. The rest are apartments for senior to take back capital. Project 39: Renovating Pham The Hien Condominium, building Pham The Hien Trade center

Location: Ward 4, District 8

Area: 23,818 sqm

Objective: To destroy Pham The Hien old condominium (4 floors includes 13 block A, B, C) for resettlement on the scene and replace the current Pham The Hien market with the trade center. These new apartments are for capital recovery purpose.
