The HCMC business delegation to Sial Interfood 2025
Investment and Trade Promotion Centre of Ho Chi Minh City (ITPC) is organizing the Vietnam Pavilion and leading a business delegation to Sial Interfood 2025, where they will engage with distributors as well as international and Indonesian importers. It aims to facilitate the HCMC enterprises to showcase and promote signature products, and networking with global importers.
Sial Interfood 2025 in Jakarta is one of the largest international exhibitions of food & beverage products, ingredients, additives and food processing equipment in South East Asia. In 2024, Sial Interfood attracted nearly 1,200 exhibitors and 90,000 visitors from 30 countries. Building on these prositive results, ITPC is honoured to invite your esteemed enterprises to join the program with details as follows:
1. Time: November 12 - 15, 2025 (4 days).
2. Location: Jakarta International Expo (JIExpo), Kemayoran, Jakarta, Indonesia.
3. Scale and sectors:
- Scale: a shared pavilion of 54 sqm.
- Participating enterprises: about 15 – 20 HCMC enterprises operating in sectors such as: seafood, beverage, canned food, confectionery, vegetarian products, pharmaceuticals, agricultural products, textiles and garments, health and beauty care, handicraft, and other services; products and services compliant with Halal standards. Showcased products should already be exported or have strong export potential. They must represent key products of HCMC, be of high quality products under reputable brands, and have transparent traceability. Priority is given to Halal-certified and other internationally certified products.
4. Participants:
- HCMC enterprises with proven capacity to produce and export food and foodstuffs, and holding a valid Business Registration Certificate issued by the HCMC Department of Planning and Investment.
- Priority will be given to HCMC enterprises whose products are recognized as the city’s key and potential industrial products for the period of 2025-2030, as well as to winners of the HCMC Gold Brand Award.
5. Participation Costs
a) Costs covered by State regulations: These include booth rental, design and construction, overall setup and decoration of the Ho Chi Minh City pavilion and booths at the fair. Support is provided under Circular No. 171/2014/TT-BTC dated November 14, 2014 by the Ministry of Finance, funded by ITPC’s budget.
Note: Each enterprise will be supported with one booth within the Ho Chi Minh City Pavilion.
b) Costs borne by enterprises:
- Program management fee for participation in the exhibition and business-matching activities within the common space: VND 5 million (about USD 190) per enterprise (VAT included).
- Other expenses related to company personnel, such as immigration procedures, air tickets, meals, accommodation, transport, interpreters; as well as costs related to goods, including taxes, shipping, and related services.
6. Application Dossier
- Registration Form.
- Business Registration Certificate (copy with company seal).
- Information on products to be exhibited and promoted.
- Relevant product declarations and certificates, proving eligibility of the enterprise and products for the program.
- Post-event Report Form (to be submitted to ITPC immediately after the program).
