According to the European Union (EU), dual transformation - digital transformation for green transformation - is a concept that will be significant going forward. In the future, the dual transformation concept will pose a significant problem to businesses, particularly small and medium-sized ones. Investment and Trade Promotion Centre (ITPC) cooperates with organizers to host a series of training conferences with the theme “Application of digital transformation to increase the effectiveness of trade and investment promotion” to enhance skills in trade and investment promotion.

The program's objective is to establish the framework for businesses in Ho Chi Minh City and provinces and cities in the areas that have partnered with Ho Chi Minh City on socioeconomic development to facilitate studies, exchange experiences, update information on the overall digital transformation roadmap, digital transformation applications to serve trade and investment promotion, towards green and sustainable development.
