Vietnam’s coffee export tops 2 billion USD in five months
The General Department of Customs reports that in May Vietnam’s coffee exports reached 165,000 tons to earn 396 million USD, an increase of 15.7% in volume and 21.8% in value.
In the first five months of this year, Vietnam’s coffee exports were estimated at 882,000 tons, worth more than 2 billion USD.
The average export price of Vietnam’s coffee is at 2,295 USD per ton, up 2.4% over the same period last year.
