ESG is emerging as a standard metric for assessing enterprise sustainability. The three aspects of “Environmental, Social, and Governance” (ESG) are the focal points of sustainable investment, and ESG is recognized as crucial for robust and sustainable development across various sectors. Despite this, the Vietnamese enterprise community is still relatively unfamiliar with these ESG standards. Green production, energy, and growth play pivotal roles in boosting the ESG indicators, enabling enterprises to enhance competitiveness in the export market.

The Investment and Trade Promotion Centre (ITPC) collaborates with the Food and Foodstuff Association HCMC (FFA) to organize a workshop titled “ESG - Green Standards for the Food Industry”. The workshop aims to assist food industry enterprises in adopting green practices by improving ESG indicators in their production processes. Specific details are as follows:
