Business Networking and Product Showcasing at China International Import Expo (CIIE)
To strengthen effective cooperation, enhance bilateral trade relations, and promote business networking between Vietnamese and Chinese enterprises, Investment and Trade Promotion Centre of HCMC (ITPC) organizes a Trade Promotion and Market Study Program in China.
It aims to support enterprises in both countries in exploring and expanding business collaboration opportunities, promoting and showcasing HCMC’s flagship export products to the Chinese market – one of the largest and most dynamic consumer markets.
Program details are as follows:
1. Activity Details
Organization of HCMC’s Common Pavilion at the 8th China International Import Expo (CIIE 2025)
- Time: From November 5 to 10, 2025.
- Venue: National Exhibiiton and Convention Center (NEEC), Shanghai, China.
- Scale: a total area of approximately 180 sqm.
2. Eligible Participants
Enterprises based in HCMC that posess production and export capacity, and hold a valid business registration certificate issued by the HCMC authorities.
3. Exhibited Products
Products in the categories of food, beverages, and agricultural products, including but not limited to:
- Beverage, agricultural produce, food and processed food products;
- Food ingredients and additives, spices, and seasonings.
All exhibited products must be exported or exported-oriented, representing typical, high-quality, and reputable brands of HCMC enterprises. Products should meet export standards, have clear traceability, and international certifications will be given priority.
4. Obligations of Participating Enterprises
- Complete the registraion documents, fulfill all financial obligations, and strictly comply with the rules and regulations set by the program organizer.
- Participating enterprises are required to submit a report on their participation results to ITPC within 10 days after the program concludes, and to provide an update report on the outcomes six months after participation.
5. Application Documents
a) Required documents include:
- Application Form for participation;
- Business Registration Certificate of the enterprise (photocopy with company seal);
- Exhibition Report Form (to be submitted to ITPC immediately after the program and updated six months after participation).
