Vietnam exports over 577,000 tons of coffee in Q1

Vietnam exported 577,300 tons of coffee in the first quarter of 2026, earning $2.71 billion,  according to the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment.

The figures represent a year-on-year increase of 12.6% in volume but a year-on-year decline of 6.4% in value. 

The average export price in the first three months was estimated at $4,696.8 per ton, down 16.9% compared to the same period last year.

In March alone, some 210,000 tons were exported with total value of $956.2 million.

Germany, Italy and Spain continue to be the three largest importers, accounting for 16.4%, 8.6%, and 7.6% of the market share, respectively.
