The 2025 Food and Foodstuff Industry Week
With the aim of promoting development and supporting enterprises in HCMC operating in the food and foodstuff sector to showcase their products to consumers, seek domestic and international business partners, and expand export opportunities, the HCMC Investment and Trade Promotion Centre (ITPC), in collaboration with the HCMC Food and Foodstuff Association (FFA), is pleased to organize “The 2025 Food and Foodstuff Industry Networking and Product Week”.
Details are as follows:
1. Time: From December 16 to December 22, 2025 (7 days)
2. Venue: Export Showroom, 92–96 Nguyen Hue Street, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
3. Main Activities:
- Exhibition and promotion of outstanding, high-quality Vietnamese food and foodstuff products from Ho Chi Minh City enterprises, serving the domestic market and aiming to expand exports.
- Business networking activities connecting enterprises with distribution systems, supermarkets, e-commerce platforms, and domestic as well as international buyers.
4. Exhibition Format:
- Participating enterprises will be provided with display space and shelves at the Export Showroom to showcase and introduce their products throughout the duration of the event.
- After the conclusion of the event, enterprises with outstanding, high-quality products suitable for introduction to consumers during the 2026 Lunar New Year season will be offered extended complimentary display opportunities at the Export Showroom until after the Lunar New Year.
5. Number of Participating Enterprises:
- Product Exhibition: Up to 80 enterprises will be selected to display their products. (Due to limited exhibition space, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to select and approve participating enterprises based on the program’s criteria.)
- Business Networking: There is no limit on the number of enterprises participating in the networking activities.
6. Main Product Categories for Exhibition:
Agricultural products, food and foodstuff, processed food, beverages (such as tea, coffee, fruit juices, and canned drinks), spices, confectionery, dried and packaged seafood, dried agricultural products, fresh fruit, dried fruit, and agricultural or food-based gifts, among others.
7. Eligibility:
Enterprises based in Ho Chi Minh City, as well as members of the Ho Chi Minh City Food and Foodstuff Association (FFA), operating in the production and processing of food and foodstuff, with products meeting domestic and export quality standards in accordance with legal regulations. Priority will be given to micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises, as well as startups and innovative businesses with new products that align with the program’s objectives.
8. Participation Fee:
Participation is free of charge for exhibition space at the Export Showroom. Selected enterprises are responsible for their own costs related to transportation of goods, travel, accommodation, and other related expenses for their staff.
