Investment and Trade Promotion Centre (ITPC) collaborates with the City’s departments, branches, associations, professional associations and other provinces/cities to host “The 4th Exhibition of Ho Chi Minh City and Friendship Provinces and Cities in Savannakhet in 2024”, with the following details:

Time: From April 3 to April 7, 2024 (5 days)

Venue: Savan ITEC exhibition area, Savannakhet province, Laos.

Scale: About 200 booths.

Target industry: Garment, leather shoes, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, mechanics, electricity, electronics, chemicals, high-tech agriculture, raw materials and processed food, logistics services, transportation, travel services, etc.

Participants: Promotion organizations, cooperatives, production and business operations set up in compliance with Vietnamese law, businesses in Ho Chi Minh City and provinces, cities, businesses from localities sharing borders with Laos, overseas Vietnamese business associations and associations in Laos, Thailand and Cambodia,...

Selection criteria: Products displayed and introduced come from businesses with the capacity to produce and trade competitive products, export capacity, and products with designs and quality suitable for the Lao market.

Participation costs: Standard booth cost: 3,000,000 VND/booth (9m2) including VAT.

Vacant land rental: 220,000 VND/m2 (at least 18m2), including VAT

Cost to participate in the program: Decoration costs inside the booth, immigration, food, accommodation, and travel costs; taxes on goods when participating in fairs, shipping costs, etc.
